What We Do

Welch, Gold, & Siegel, P.C. provides services a wide variety of legal matters. Our attorneys each concentrate their work in particular legal disciplines. This diversity of experience further enables the firm to transition responsibility for client matters among the lawyers in the firm without disruption in the provision of services.

We also concentrate on handling client matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We help our clients develop reasonable fee and cost budgets and litigation plans, and explore with them potential ways to resolve disputes short of trial. We only bill for productive time spent on a case and we do not "mark up" cost disbursements such as delivery charges, court reporting, and copying fees. To stay within clients' budgets, we offer several alternatives to hourly fee-for-service billing. These include "flat-fee" and "contingency" billing. Our goal is always to meet our clients' objectives within their budget.
