This letter is to call your attention to my deep satisfaction with one of your attorneys, Attorney Novacco.
I joined Pre-Paid Legal (PPL) Services in January, 2005. Prior to joining, I investigated your law firm as I was told that your office handles all of the legal matters in Pennsylvania for PPL. Once feeling comfortable with your reputation in town, I joined PPL. I was immediately put in touch with Elaine Novacco to handle my first contract case.
From the beginning, Ms. Novacco handled herself in an extremely professional manner and proved to me that she truly understood contract law very well. This first interaction allowed me to feel comfortable having her review my initial case. It turned out that the first contract was very complicated and more than what Pre-Paid Legal allowed as per my agreement. Ms. Novacco took time to make things very clear with me regarding the additional costs.
It turned out that I needed additional legal advice on two more related contracts. How fortunate I was to have Ms. Novacco help me with these as well.
I want to acknowledge Ms. Novacco’s courteous, prompt and professional attention as well as knowledge of contract law in taking care of my three contracts.
