Richard F. Welch

Mr. Welch was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1973, and practices law in the areas of Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Worker's Compensation, Estate Planning and Probate.  Mr. Welch is a founding Partner of Welch, Gold and Siegel, P.C. established in 1980.

Mr. Welch recieved his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1973.  He has been a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association since 1973.  Some of Mr. Welch's many acheviements include the Mayor of Crafton, Pennsylvania in 1980 to 2985, which he served five years, he also served as Chariman, District Justice Committee, Allegheny County Bar Association in 1990, until 1995, and was Magistrate to the City of Birmingham in 1972-1973.
