Carol L. Rosen

      Carol was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1982, she has practiced in the areas of personal injury, driver licensing, and general civil practice. Ms. Rosen has been an Associate with Welch, Gold & Siegel, P.C. since 1998.

      Ms. Rosen received her B.A. from Oberlin College in 1977, and her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1982.

      Carol has been a member of Allegheny County Bar Association since 1983.
