E. Vernon Parkinson

Mr. Parkinson was admitted to practice law in 1996, Mr. Parkinson's practices focus in the areas of Civil, Structured Settlements, Traffic Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense, Landlord Tenant, Personal Injury, Business Law, and Estate Planning and Administration.  He has been an associate with Welch, Gold, and Siegel, P.C. since 2000.

 He recieved his J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1995, and his B.A. from University of Pittsburgh in 1991.  He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1996.
