Michael E. Fiffik

Mr. Fiffik was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1992, Mike's practice focuses in the areas of Business, Commercial Transactions, Litigation and Real Estate.  He has also practiced extensively in the areas of Workers Compensation, Employment Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.  Mike has been a Partner with Welch, Gold and Siegel, P.C. since 1996.

 Mike recieved his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992.  His undergraduate degree is from Penn State University.  He is a member of Allegheny County Bar Association and a past member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.  He has been selected for inclusion as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2005 and 2006 and most recently was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2011 in the areas of business, corporate and real estate.

 Mike has been a speaker at several estate planning seminars and is a regular presenter at Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education courses on subjects including business formation and worker's compensation.  Mike makes regular appearances to speak on the topic of Group Legal Plans and how they are changing the delivery of legal services in our country.  He has been quoted in press releases from Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., the Oklahoma Journal-Record, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
